Eficacia y eficiencia: presentación

Hola a todos,

empiezo este blog y explico el porqué: en mi tarea profesional me dedico a ayudar a organizaciones TIC a mejorar sus procesos de negocio para ser más eficaces y eficientes. Esto me ha llevado a plantearme, discutir y aprender algunas técnicas para mejorar la eficacia, a nivel personal, en el desempeño de las tareas "de oficina" y quería compartirlas y discutirlas con los demás en la esfera blogger.

No es que yo mismo sea el ejemplo perfecto, lo hago lo mejor que puedo, pero creo que vale la pena compartir estos (pequeños) conocimientos y contactar con otras personas interesadas para mejorar mútuamente nuestra eficacia y eficiencia.

I begin today this blog and I will explain why: during my professional duties I help ITC organizations to improve their business processes to be more effective and efficient. This has made me raise, discuss and lear some techniques to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the "office tasks" at personal level and I want to share and discuss them in the blogger sphere.

I admit not being the perfect example though I do my best, but I think it's worthy to share this (small) knowledge and reach other people interested in improving our effectiveness and efficiency.
